Payments	All orders are shipped prepaid. We accept personal, business, and cashiers checks; or money orders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.. We do accept credit cards.
Receiving Your Order	When your order arrives, please check the contents against the invoice on the outside of the box. Notify us immediately of any shortages or damages. Items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped when available. You will be notified of the expected shipment date, and given the option of a refund or open credit if you prefer not to wait.
Shipping Information	WE SHIP VIA UPS GROUND SERVICE: Unless otherwise instructed, we ship all orders under 20 gallons via UPS Ground Service. WE CANNOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. UPS HUNDREDWEIGHT DISCOUNTS: If your order is 20 gallons or more, please call us for reduced shipping rates via UPS Ground Hundredweight Service. These rates are generally 20% to 39% lower than regular UPS Ground Service. IN A HURRY? We can ship via UPS Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Air. Call for charges. ** Note - In the Western U.S., UPS regular ground shipments usually arrive in 2 to 3 days; Midwst in 4 to 6 days; Eastern U.S. in 7 to 10 days.
Shipping Rates	CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Add in $16.50 per gallon for shipping and handling PLUS 7.50% California sales tax on cost of merchandise. All of our products are taxable except for samples. RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA, COLODARO, IDAHO, MONTANA, NORTH DAKOTA, NEBRASKA, NEW MEXICO, NEVADA, OREGON, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH, WASHINGTON and WYOMING: Add in $17.50 per gallon for shipping and handling. RESIDENTS OF ALL OTHER CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Add in $18.75 per gallon for shipping and handling. OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Call for shipping rates.
